S4 collects names, contact details, organisation and role, and the content of correspondence. Where an engagement requires it, S4 also holds personal information contained in project documents, such as contracts, permits, land and title records and purchaser details. S4 does not seek sensitive information.

Personal information is collected directly from you, through the enquiry form on this website, by email or in meetings. Where an engagement requires it, information is also collected from Project Partners, their advisers and public registers.

S4 uses personal information to respond to enquiries, to deliver and administer engagements, to report to Project Partners, to meet its legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations, and to keep in contact about its services. You may ask not to receive service updates at any time.

S4 discloses personal information only as an engagement requires: to the Project Partner and its consultants, contractors, legal and financial advisers and financiers, and to councils, referral authorities and other government bodies. Personal information is not sold.

Personal information is held in S4's email, document and project systems. These are provided by cloud service providers that may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. S4 takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to S4 by email. This website uses no advertising and no third-party tracking cookies.

You may ask for access to, or correction of, the personal information S4 holds about you, or ask that it be deleted where S4 is not required to keep it, by writing to admin@s4projects.com.au.

Complaints about the handling of personal information may be made in writing to admin@s4projects.com.au. S4 will respond within 30 days. If the response does not resolve the complaint, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
