Statutory planning for business identification and advertising signage across Victoria, from site assessment through to obtaining a planning permit and endorsed plans.
S4 is a development and project management practice, in addition to providing statutory planning services. When you engage us, you have access to people who also manage the acquisition, design, construction and funding of a range of property developments.
Every recommendation is made with the whole project in view, from the first conversation with council to the day the project is complete.
Advertising signage is controlled by the zone and by any overlay affecting the land, which together determine whether a sign may be displayed without a planning permit, requires a permit, or is prohibited. Where a permit is required, the application is assessed with particular regard to the character of the area, the relationship of the sign to the building and the streetscape, and road safety.
We prepare signage applications in their own right or as part of the wider approval for a premises, resolving the design, scale and illumination of each sign before it is submitted.
We represent businesses, landlords and developers from site assessment through to planning permit and endorsed plans, in direct consultation with council and the road authority.
Relentless Focus. Superior Results.
