The development potential of land is shaped by its zone and overlays, the policy of the planning scheme, and restrictions on title such as covenants, easements and agreements, together with any existing permits and permissions that apply.

We review these matters before acquisition or lease, and advise on the planning pathway, the likely requirements of council and referral authorities, and the constraints that bear on the project. Our experience across development and project management informs that advice.
