Conditions and Amendments

Conditions, endorsement and amendment.

A planning permit is ordinarily issued subject to conditions requiring amended plans and further documentation, such as landscape, drainage and management plans, to be endorsed before development commences. Changes to endorsed plans, amendments to the permit and extensions of time each follow their own process.

We manage these matters through to completion, coordinating consultants and liaising with council so that development proceeds in accordance with the permit and without unnecessary delay.
